Daks is everything an upcoming realtor can learn from. Good listener, extremely helpful, and informative just to say a few things. I didnt feel pressured in any way to do anything on his end. We had some complications with our 1st lender, however, an original deal that was supposed to take just 45 days became closer to 90. So we dropped them, Daks came through with another out of his back pocket, and we closed on our home. Wth the 2nd lender it was 3 weeks. I have a new respect for realtors understanding the work they put in. Daks literally moved mountains in a paramount mission to close this deal, and we couldnt be happier.
